5.2 Payment Terms
No VAT is charged on our services or products pursuant to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), as we qualify as a small business under the Kleinunternehmerregelung. Therefore, VAT is neither applied nor invoiced.
5.3 EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
14-Day Cooling-Off Period: As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up without giving a reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
To exercise this right, email support@gruplato.com stating you wish to cancel.
If you requested immediate access to the service during this period and then cancel, you'll be charged proportionally for the services provided until cancellation.

Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
